Natural Gardening – NRC is fortunate to have a wonderful natural garden! We constantly grow fresh vegetables including all kinds of lettuces, beans, greens, potatoes and root vegetables.
The garden is in an adjoining lot, where we grow many of the ingredients we use in the kitchen. Once a week, the students have gardening class and learn about food production and organic methods.
Community Gardens – NRC sponsors community gardens for all Fulton residents.
